If everything has to be decentralized then we have lost

Decentralizing everything with blockchain is the equivalent of forming a permanent underground resistance.

We have seen the movies. The resistance is living under rough conditions. Dirty, underground, barely any food. Thats the resistance. And thats the future we are headed toward if we want to put everything on the blockchain. The blockchain will be the dirty underground with barely any room to thrive, let alone live. So to put everything on the blockchain to escape censorship and protect privacy should not be the whole strategy.
